Grand Farm, powered by Emerging Prairie, capitalizes on the region’s potential and expertise in the agriculture and technology industries. In early 2022 Grand Farm purchased a quarter section of land near Casselton, ND to be the start of their campus. JLG worked with the leadership team at Grand Farm to understand their goals, and vision for their campus. The team worked to produce a master plan site that will allow them to grow into their future campus.
Phase 1 of Grand Farms vision was to focus on the farm. JLG designed a multi-purpose venue that includes a large shop, a presentation area for 300, pre-function lobby, board room and supporting offices. Connected to the venue will be an entrance plaza that will feed both the buildings front door and an outdoor demonstration presentation seating area. Grand Farm is looking to expand their partnerships, host agricultural groups from around the world to pushing the boundaries of agriculture.
