Alerus Financial desired to update their busiest branch facility built in the 1970’s on an extremely visible corner in downtown Grand Forks. Modifications included new teller lanes, extensive landscaping, renovations to screen walls and new building components. The 2,500 sf branch bank facility remained open through-out the construction process and re-opened in the fall of 2005.
