Watford City Sports Complex

The Watford City Sports Complex is located on the same campus as the Watford City High School and the Rough Rider Events Center. Outside the new football field, track and field complex, and baseball field serve both the school’s student body as well as the community.  Raised spectator seating allow great sightlines to the field, while concessions are located just behind, attached to the high school. Inside, the two facilities are connected on the ground level and by a lower-level tunnel creating a cohesive campus that serves the community. Inside the high school you’ll find a state-of-the-art weight room, competition gymnasium, and locker rooms for PE and athletics. These spaces are supported by two sheets of hockey ice, basketball and volleyball courts, a lap pool and a leisure pool, a 1,000-capacity convention center, a running/walking track, and a gymnastics center rock climbing wall inside the Events Center.
