Staybridge Suites at the Iowa River Landing

As part of the overall Iowa River Landing redevelopment district, the Staybridge Suites was developed by adapting brand standards to fit within the redevelopment context. The hotel features 100 keys and will serve as the primary hotel for all of the events within the entire complex. Approximately 41,000 SF of Commercial lease space was developed in conjunction with the project, as well as 20,000 SF of apartments located on the 6th floor. JLG also designed the new 6,500 seat capacity multipurpose arena as part of the redevelopment district. The arena will serve as the primary traffic driver for the entire district. The arena facility also includes a 5-station fieldhouse, an indoor turf space, a sports performance and physical training center, and an antique car museum.
