Share House

Having worked on the adjacent property, Sister’s Path, JLG Architects was approached to design the addition and remodel of the Share House office building, located in Fargo, North Dakota. The facility is a combination of offices which houses a for-profit company that provides residential and outpatient addiction treatment programs, and is attached to two apartment wings which house those patients. With a main objective of improving the functionality of the offices, the project includes a reorganization of the offices spaces, two additional community rooms, a new 2,200 sf commercial kitchen and dining area, a large executive board room, and circulation spaces.
