Ironhide Equipment – the parent company of Bobcat of Grand Forks, Devils Lake, and Williston – has a new rough and ready home to elevate their already-exceptional sales, rental, repair, and parts service in a single, one-stop-shop location in Devils Lake, North Dakota.
JLG Architects worked closely with Ironhide to create an efficient prototype store that could be used in future growth locations around North Dakota. The prototype is branded with the bold orange and gray colors of Ironhide Equipment, using durable precast concrete alongside large areas of glass in the retail, shop, and workspaces – providing customers and employees with comfortable and professional places to conduct business. Within the service department, pull-through work bays and overhead cranes help to increase staff efficiency and safety by eliminating major physical lifting. By combining all functions into one recognizable location, staff no longer need to travel between separate locations to pick up parts, provide rental services, or help customers pick the right equipment for their job.
