Ground was broken for the project in 2019. Now, five and a half years later, the community gets its first look at the new Altru Hospital during an open house from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9.

GRAND FORKS – A spokeswoman said employees at Altru Health System are in the “last mile of the marathon” as a years-long process to build a new hospital nears completion.
