(KNOX) – Grand Forks City Council recently received an update on the progress on the planned Altru Sports Complex.
Adam Davidson of JLG Architects says they will have some firm amounts on cost next year.
“About 30 percent of that will be hard numbers, actual numbers about what those costs are. We will review that with the council to make sure we are on track,” Davidson told council.
