First International Bank & Trust embarked on this project as their first landmark retail branch bank in Fargo, North Dakota, which was built in 1984 and had not been comprehensively renovated. Most of the company’s executive staff that oversee all of their locations, reside at this location, so it was imperative that this building be renovated to reflect the company’s growth, national recognition, and heartfelt story, affirming its commitment to the community and positioning itself for the future.
