The design consolidates primary care, imaging, pharmacy, and physical therapy onto the first floor, centering services around a sunlit lobby in the former bank atrium. Large windows and interior glass draw daylight into the therapy gym and corridors, while the bank’s drive-through is repurposed for pharmacy access. Modern exterior panels complete the rebrand, leaving upper levels for
future growth. The new clinic will match the finishes of the new Moorhead Public Library and renovated City Hall, both designed by JLG, contributing to the revitalization effort for Downtown Moorhead. JLG is providing architectural design, medical planning, interior design, construction administration, and adaptive reuse services to transform the former 44,000 SF Wells Fargo bank into a multi-specialty outpatient clinic featuring primary care, physical therapy, imaging, and a pharmacy.
