What happens when educational leaders and community partners come together for an afternoon? Ideas turn into momentum.
For JLG leaders Dan Miller and Dr. Brad Hunt, it meant leaving inspired by meaningful conversations and collaborative thinking focused on advancing education in North Texas. In April, JLG—alongside generous event sponsors ImageNet Consulting, Vari, ELJ, Linebarger Attorneys at Law, and Gravely Attorneys—hosted an Executive Roundtable with area school leaders designed to do just that.
Through candid dialogue and shared expertise, participants explored the future of Career and Technical Education (CTE) centers, the role of artificial intelligence in workforce readiness, and how facilities planning must adapt to shifting enrollment and district consolidation. Each session blended small-group ideation with informal presentations, creating space for both strategic thinking and practical application.
The result wasn’t just discussion—it was a renewed sense of purpose, stronger connections, and actionable ideas that leaders are already carrying back to their districts to create meaningful impact.
“The Superintendent Executive Roundtable was an exceptional experience. Being in the room with school leaders who are equally committed to moving public education forward through creative, innovative problem-solving was both energizing and affirming. The conversations were exactly what school leaders need
right now.”
