The Swain Hall project added 32,000 SF of new construction and renovated 34,000 SF of existing space.

Minot State University

Swain Hall is a 52,000 square foot multi-story building located on the Minot State University Campus in Minot, ND. The facility was originally constructed in 1952 and served as the home for the MSU Athletic and Physical Education Departments, and has been converted to academics in support of Teacher Education and Human Performance. The new program of spaces provides classroom space, low-level laboratories and faculty support for the Departments of Education and Human Performance.
