Lakewood Townhomes

Lakewood Townhomes is an affordable multifamily development consisting of seven buildings located in Mandan, North Dakota. JLG designed the development to include 12 spacious three-bedroom units and 12 two-bedroom units. Eight of the one-bedroom units are a single level and handicap accessible, and the remaining are two-story units. Townhome amenities include central air, an energy efficient furnace, in-unit washer/dryers, attached garages, private porches, and high-quality interior design including decorated room separation, an eat-in kitchen, and an open concept first floor.  Other on-site amenities include a leasing office, community building, and an outside activity area designed to encourage residents to connect with others in their community, enjoy the outdoors, and explore the nearby walking path.
