Alerus Financial at Osgood

Fargo, North Dakota

Alerus Financial looked to JLG Architects to develop an Express Bank Prototype that would capture the spirit of the progressive financial institution and also be able to be reused on several different sites. The rather small facility accommodates the most basic functions required of a bank without being small in character. The vaulted lobby and canopy allow volume and daylight to create the illusion of a much larger space. The use of wood and concern for detailing reflects Alerus’ character of personal warmth and technological advancement. The plan is flexible and can be adopted to various site planning configurations.
